St Louis County Solid Waste Facilities and Services
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, St. Louis County Environmental Services has worked hard to insure 25 waste collections sites remain open during each sites scheduled hours of operation. While St. Louis County Environmental Services makes every effort to prevent a site closure, it cannot be guaranteed.
Citizens are encouraged to call St. Louis County Environmental Services main phone line: 218-749-9703 or 1-800-450-9278 before visiting any site as the message is updated daily to alert citizens of any site closings.

Hours: Monday 10am-6pm, Tues-Saturday 9am-3:30pm
County 77 Canister Site located at 2038 County Rd 77, Tower, Phone is 218-753-8074
Summer hours (April 15 – September 30): Tuesday: 1pm-6pm, Thursday: 8am-1pm, Saturday: 8am-5pm, Sunday: Noon-6pm
Winter hours (October 1 – April 14): Thursday and Sunday: Noon-5pm
