The committee went through the policy page by page. The Attorney had final language, also 3 changes, and those were addressed. The newspaper headlines said the Greenwood passed personnel policy. Many times the Personnel Policy was referred to – made changes to – motioned to put it on the website and to be denied at this point could not be defensed.                   JoAnn Bassing – Questioned the safety officer not being on site. Who does safety when the safety officer is not in the area? Answer was the senior officer in charge takes the responsibility.                    Steve Rodgers questions, if when grievances are filed, and found without merit, can the Township go back to that person to collect attorney fees? Ralston answered – he has not heard of any collection process.
