Public Comment: Mary Richard talked about the upcoming Rummage sale-everyone welcome, and read a letter from Vermilion Lake Township Fire Chief about how they run their fire department.

40th Anniversary- Jarri Ankrum-planning on 350 people, will have a booklet made up, fundament days, pickle ball, 12-4:00 PM, requesting help from supervisors, clerk, and treasurer, will have notices in paper, music, dancing. Invoices sent directly to Greenwood Township.

REPORTS:
Supervisors: Ralston: talked to Mr. Johnson, County District Supervisor, about plowing on Birch Point, pointed out the fire dept. tank will need to be replaced and should be listed as a budget item next year, and has not had secret meetings.
Bassing-Met with Birch Point Assoc., looked at pothole problem on Birch Point, and will get repairs done, Lake Vermilion Bike Trail on next phase will be fundraising.
Fire Dept.: Chief Fazio reports-Runs- 6 fire,5 ems,19 training, 1 drill, 1 meeting, 2 vouchers. Reported on deadline for re-imbursable video training courses online

Safety: Ed Borchardt reported 2 training events-pump training and drill with water transfer and pumping. Fireboat 1 was pressure washed
911: Bassing reported 2 new signs made and 2-911 corrections
Maintenance: Deluca reported-float repair done on water tank in fire dept., electrical box repaired, recycling ok over holiday, handicap porta john unit is in, painting of town hall coming up Clerk: keys for town hall will be limited to one per group
