Reports: Supervisors: Deluca – 4 911 signs, Tahija -went to the TAAS meeting. Looking at a new contract by June 2020. Ralston – portajohn necessary? Yes. Received a sample survey from CTC. Questions to be discussed – how distributed-mail or online. Has checked with Perpich TV for security cameras in the office and outer office. Motion: Ralston to install 2 security cameras in office and outer office from Perpich for $2580.00 Failed \No Second Ralston to check on extra cameras outside and in fire dept. Beihoffer – next Broadband meeting is Dec 16. Clerk – Thank you to whomever put the chairs back after the floor waxing, Old blinds can be donated.

Public comment: Lee Peterson would like more discussion on TAAS ambulance. Keep our attorney proactive. Part of Greenwood Township is in Cook, we do not pay Cook Ambulance. John Bassing-Blandin has asked for a request for proposal. The Draft needs to be finalized and sent to engineering firms. Then a feasibility study needs to be done for grant applications. Lee Peterson- no skating rink? Jeff Maus – Reminding all elected officials – retaliation is unacceptable.
