APPROVE/PROCESS ANY OF THE ABOVE APPLICATIONS:

address/phone number

Complete legal description from your deed, including all parcel(s)
involved in the development

Verification with St. Louis County Auditor that Real Estate Taxes are
paid up to date

Lot Size including shoreline, depth and acreage, location of any
wetlands. Accuracy is important!

Density Calculations for entire project – Accuracy is important!

__________

Zone District with Requirements (Planning Director can assist with this
information)

All existing structure sizes including height

__________

Complete Narrative of project plans with anticipated dates for completion

__________

Signage, lighting plans with location of signs and lights with type of
lighting included

__________

Screening Plans (Native vegetation, berm, fence, wall)

__________

ST. LOUIS COUNTY HEALTH documentation of approved septic plans
& water plan (if required)

MPCA (MN Pollution Control) documentation (if required)

__________

EAW (Environmental Assessment Worksheet) or EIS (Environmental
Impact Statement) if required

SWCD (Soil & Water Conservation District) plans to manage erosion,
stormwater & runoff plans

__________

DNR Division of Waters for mooring, docking and other shoreland
activity plans

__________

GREENWOOD FIRE DEPARTMENT approval of driveway/road plans
& any other fire safety issues

ST. LOUIS COUNTY PUBLIC WORKS approval of ingress/egress
locations

ST. LOUIS COUNTY HEALTH approval if application includes
Food/Beverage Service

COMPLETE TO SCALE Diagram of proposed site including all exterior
building sizes & heights, with their locations to ALL lot lines, driveway
and parking areas with setbacks, location of any gas/oil tanks
and pumps with setbacks, septic system as well as expansion areas
with all setbacks, well location, lot coverage & open space calculation
in percentage in accordance to maximum allowable impervious surface

Supporting information from the Greenwood Ordinance regarding
this request

If all above information is found acceptable to the Planning Director,
Applicant shall supply 15 copies of all of the above prior to
final acceptance.
